Meet Sara
A trainer and fitness coach in Kuwait has been working with fitness clients for almost five years. After studying law I discovered a love for fitness while taking group fitness classes and have never looked back. I am currently working virtually through live Instagram, and personal coaching.
Being a mother can feel like participating in a race without a finish line slow at times, frantic at others, exhausting and exhilarating all at once. No matter your circumstances by working out you’ll feel strong, empowered, and proud that you took on the challenge and found time for yourself.
I believe that fitness and food come together and there is always something new to learn, in fact, that is one of the three reasons that I chose to become a chef.
I am a strong believer in education and self-development. I have achieved many certifications which allow me to help all my clients with perfection.
