About Course

Join me for a special Ramadan fitness program! We’ll be training live on Instagram three times a week—Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 4 PM. Each session is 30 minutes long and will focus on a different area: upper body, lower body, and total body. Can’t make it live? No worries! The workouts will be saved, so you can do them anytime. Let’s stay active and strong this Ramadan!
