Meet Sara

A trainer and fitness coach in Kuwait has worked with fitness clients for almost five years. After studying law I discovered a love for fitness while taking group fitness classes and have never looked back. I am currently working virtually through live Instagram and personal coaching.

Being a mother can feel like participating in a race without a finish line slow at times, frantic at others, exhausting, and exhilarating. No matter your circumstances by working out you’ll feel strong, empowered, and proud that you took on the challenge and found time for yourself.

I believe that fitness and food come together and there is always something new to learn that is one of the three reasons I chose to become a chef.
