About Course

Total Body Training is a five-day program that will give you all the classes you need to build a full-strength training routine. These workouts are uniquely designed to increase your power, effectively burn energy, and elevate your athletic performance with moves that you can adapt to your level. You’ll find classes that incorporate strength circuits, power training, and core, as well as classes for mobility and movement At the end of the week, you’ll feel strong, empowered, and proud that you stayed consistent.
