You will learn exercises that will support your body through postpartum recovery
Core work, pelvic floor strengtheners, and breath work
Building alignment form and awareness by getting back into working out, and regaining movements you love.
Every movement was specifically designed for expecting mothers and focuses on safe, effective exercise modifications to keep you active throughout your pregnancy.
Stretches are included to relieve common tension in your back and hip flexors that can occur due to pregnancy.
It’s short and sweet but will challenge you with its powerful movements. You’ll be pushed through five days of workouts, focusing on strength and conditioning, at your disposal and convenient for all levels of difficulty.
